Once a golf course, preservation of this property was truly a grass roots effort. A number of individuals from the surrounding communities worked tirelessly for nearly a decade to raise public awareness and the financial resources to makes this dream happen. With miles of paved paths (old gold cart paths), the preserve is easily to navigate. Its rolling hills are home to meadows, woods, and the Mantua Creek.
